Mobrain provides AI-powered tools that help users automate tasks and workflows across connected services, which may include WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar, files, and other supported third-party services.

Depending on the features you use, Mobrain may process information from services that you choose to connect. You control which accounts and services you connect to Mobrain.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without authorization.

Mobrain may integrate with third-party services such as Google and WhatsApp. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. You authorize Mobrain to access connected services only to the extent necessary to provide the features you request.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing important information and actions before relying on them, especially where an action could result in financial, legal, business, or other material consequences.

• Use Mobrain for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Mobrain or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to violate the terms or policies of connected third-party services.
• Use automated actions to send spam, unsolicited messages, or other prohibited communications.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the Service except where permitted by applicable law.

You retain ownership of content and information that you provide to Mobrain. You grant Mobrain the permissions reasonably necessary to process that content and provide the Service to you.

Your use of Mobrain is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

Mobrain and its software, design, branding, technology, and other materials are owned by Mobrain or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Mobrain's intellectual property to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobrain and its founders, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using Mobrain at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of Mobrain after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
